Suite A6 at Holbrook Bay Commons is a 2nd floor Air Conditioned condominium which consists of kitchen/breakfast bar, dining area, living room, two bedrooms, two baths, and a balcony that boasts breathtaking lake & mountain views. The master bath has a full tub/shower, the common bath has a shower stall and clothes washer & dryer. Linens and bedding are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with microwave and dishwasher. The living room, complete with wood fireplace, has cable TV/VCR/DVD. Telephone, with answering machine, is included for local and toll free access. Both the living room and master bedroom have lake views through glass sliders to the balcony. The views are east - it's incredible to awaken to a beautiful sunrise over the lake. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom a double bed. The master bedroom has cable TV/VCR. The balcony (at 7.5 x 26 feet) is perfect for that outdoor summer breakfast or relaxing on the lake.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS. We STRONGLY enforce the No Smoking and No Pet rules. However, if you are among the lucky few to spot him, "Memphre", Lake Memphremagog's own lake monster, is everyone's pet:

Area Attractions:

• On our property (seasonally): outdoor tennis court, outdoor heated in ground swimming pool, condo maintained dock, entry to VAST snow mobile trails.
• Within Minutes: several golf courses, quaint downtown Newport with shops and eateries as well as a boardwalk and pavilion on the lake. Hiking/biking trails, movie theater, restaurants (accessible by car or boat), supermarket, shopping plaza, health club, and the world famous Haskell Library and Opera House which straddles the US/Canadian border.
• Within 30 Minutes: Ski resorts such as Jay Peak, and Owl's Head. Many small Canadian communities to explore such as Magog, and North Hatley (with it's community theater, The Piggery).
• Montreal, at less than two hours away, makes a nice day trip.
